COOL DOWN FOR THE PANTRY: Mini Popsicles were given away for a Free Will Donation to the Phelps Community Pantry at the Silver Run on Saturday. These three service minded Holdrege girls were working at the Silver Run to bring in dollars for the Pantry. Pictured here from left, Maddie and Claire Nelson, daughters of Nancy and Mike Nelson, and their cousin, Ashlyn Ostgren, daughter of Wendy and Don Ostgren, handed out berry, orange juice, lemonade and fruit punch popsicles to the runners and walkers, which were much appreciated after the races. The proceeds from the Silver Run have also been designated to be donated to the Phelps Community Pantry.
