FIRST BABY OF THE YEAR AT PMHC:

The first baby of 2010 at Phelps Memorial Health Center was little Larry Gene Scarrow. He is pictured here with his parents Valentine Patsios and Tony Scarrow of Oxford, and his physician, Dr. Jeffery Berney, Family Medical Specialties, Holdrege. Larry was born Saturday, January 2, 2010, at 6:43 a.m. and weighed 5 lbs. 14 oz.
