 Cleanliness
of Hospital Environment
The
PMHC Environmental Services department has earned national recognition
as one of the top 3 of the 300 hospitals measured by Avatar. This
department earned a 99th percentile ranking.
On the patient surveys, the patients are recognizing the Environmental
Services attention to detail. As they rate cleanliness, patients are
more and more marking that their rooms are “Always” clean.
Environmental Services have worked to positively move the patients'
perception in the direction that brings credit upon their employees,
their department and Phelps Memorial Health Center.
