Phelps Memorial Health Center has a lot to offer you and your family. We are a 25 bed critical access hospital with all private rooms. Our new updated equipment includes: Alaris Smart Pump IV's, blood pressure monitors, cardiac monitoring and a new private whirlpool. Our nurses collaborate with the physicians and other departments to deliver a continuum of care that enhances the quality of life for our patients and their families.
