Phelps Memorial Health Center is pleased to announce that Tiffany Wiser has been hired as the Director of Phelps Medical Group.
Wiser will oversee the daily operations of Phelps Medical Group and collaborate with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. She will also be responsible for compliance, rules, and regulations of the facility.
She stated that a focus will be building a high-performance culture to live the team mission of always providing exceptional quality and compassionate care to those they serve.
“It’s exciting to be a part of the future of Phelps Medical Group and align customer service and patient preferences,” she said. “Patients have choices and an active role in their healthcare needs, and I want to be able to provide them what they need right here in their community.”
Wiser has worked in the Phelps Memorial Health Center laboratory department for the past 28 years and has served as the department director for the past 8 years.
“I am excited to continue at Team Phelps in a new capacity and work with the team at Phelps Medical Group to serve our patients and community.”
She and her husband, Mike, live in Holdrege.
