Cancer Survivors Dinner Set for June 3
Cancer survivors and their caregivers are invited to attend a complimentary dinner. The Cancer Survivor Celebration event will take place on Thursday, June 3, 2021 from 6:00pm-7:30pm at JB's Sports Bar and Grill, Holdrege.
Attendees will enjoy dinner, a program, and have the opportunity to visit with other cancer survivors. The dinner is sponsored by Phelps Memorial Health Center. Guest speakers for the event will be Stacey VanBoening, APRN, Phelps Memorial Oncology Services and Anita Davis, Cancer Survivor. Anita will talk about being your own advocate and having faith through your cancer journey. Attendees should RSVP to no later than June 1, 2021, to Keri Berry at 308-995-2948.
Phelps Memorial Health Center is also a sponsor for the Relay for Life of Central Nebraska which will occur on Friday June, 11, 2021. The event will be held from 6:00pm-10:00pm at Harmon Park, Kearney.
