Behavioral health care is now being offered at Phelps Memorial Health Center. Our providers will be able to treat patients ages 8 and older for health issues related to psychiatric needs and are committed to providing exceptional care to their patients.
Ailments treated include:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Bipolar illness
- Substance induced psychosis
- Alcohol induced issues
- Schizophrenia
- Schizoaffective disorders
- Other mental and behavioral health needs
Appointments will be via telehealth software through Phelps Memorial’s Specialty Clinic. We are currently accepting appointments for the second Friday of every month, and in situations of emergent need for care. To schedule an appointment, call 308.995.3305. A primary care referral is NOT required.
