(HOLDREGE, Neb.) – Phelps Memorial Health Center, Family Medical Specialties, and Phelps Medical Group in Holdrege, Neb., are working together to distribute vaccines to members of the public in accordance with the Nebraska state vaccination plan and Two Rivers Public Health Department. Each week, the team is notified of the allotment of doses for the week, develops a distribution plan, and then schedules appointments for vaccine administration.
As of today, Thursday, March 11, 2021, those eligible for vaccination include: individuals age 50 and older, first responders, utilities employees, educators, daycare providers, corrections staff, funeral home employees, grocery workers, food processing employees, transportation workers, U.S. Postal Service employees and public transit workers.
Please visit our website at www.phelpsmemorial.com/vaccine to provide your information directly to the local Holdrege medical team. We understand that you may have previously registered with Two Rivers Public Health Department, but please use this form as well to register if you have NOT received a vaccine yet.
