The Community Action Partnership of Mid-Nebraska offers free immunization clinics at Phelps Memorial Health Center every fourth Thursday of the month from 2-4 PM. Immunizations are provided to children through the Vaccine for Children Program and Vaccine for Adults Program. The program serves the uninsured, underinsured, American Indian or Alaskan Native, and children enrolled in Medicaid.

To schedule an appointment call 1-877-209-3723. An administration fee of $19 per vaccine is suggested, but not required. A parent or guardian must accompany all children and a copy of your child’s vaccine report is required for new patients.
