Phelps Memorial Health Center’s Charity Golf Tournament held at Holdrege County Club raises money each year to benefit various local non-profit programs. This year’s recipient is the Holdrege 911 Communication Center who will receive $15,000 to help fund their dispatch and communication equipment upgrades.
The Holdrege 911 Communications Center serves as the dispatch location for eight EMS teams and eight Fire Districts along with Phelps County and Harlan County 911, and assists Phelps Memorial with their Advanced Life Support Rescue Unit.
