Phelps Memorial Health Center has funds available to support non-profit organizations.

Community Benefit grants are given by the PMHC Foundation to improve the health and well being of people in the communities that Phelps Memorial serves. The funds for the grants are allocated by the Board of Directors and are a form of community re-investment. These grants focus on healthcare programs, fitness, wellness, education and community and are given directly to the organizations at the discretion of the PMHC Foundation Committee and the PMHC Board of Directors.

Phelps Memorial grants are given in support of programs that focus on several areas including: cancer, diabetes, physical activity, accessibility/affordability, heart disease and stroke.

If you are involved in a non-profit organization and would like to explore options of grant funding through Phelps Memorial Hospital Foundation, contact Keri Berry at 308-995-2948.
