Tours will be conducted at three convenient times:
- March 11: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- March 12: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
During these informative sessions, participants will receive:
- Expert guidance on reading and understanding food labels
- Tips for identifying healthy food options throughout the store
- Practical advice on recipe modifications for better health
- Answers to nutrition-related questions
